I have been searching for this freedom from food for sooo long.
Words can’t even express how I’m feeling. My cravings of all things junky and sugary are gone, I am actually loving working out, still tired because well.. baby, but getting better quality sleep when sleeping, fitting into clothes that haven’t fit me in months, my confidence is increasing and that’s just scratching the surface. I am so thankful I took this leap! I feel like a normal person… so crazy to say that food had such a hold on me and my life that I can finally enjoy food and I can see what potential I have!

I cannot believe how much understanding food and fuelling and moving with purpose has given me so much freedom. Jaylyn is the most supportive coach I could have asked for and I’m so thankful l for all her help and guidance. If you are on the fence about starting with coaching, just jump right in. It’s so accessible and you won’t regret the results and confidence you gain. What an amazing program!
I can have control around food and I can use it to fuel me
You know that I LOVE FOOD and it’s not the bad guy, I can have control around food and I can use it to fuel me, give me strength. I feel like I am so close to being that person I used to envy that could eat until they are full then stop, say no to treats, finish eating and walk away feeling nourished and satisfied, walk through a grocery store without looking for something junky to buy, not bingeing when I am upset/stressed/tired. The list goes on and on and on… is this what we call food freedom? ;)
I joined GSS after I had my second baby
My usual methods of losing weight, restricting, and over-exercising were no longer working for me. I was scared to eat anything, I was exhausted and I felt defeated.
The skills I’ve learned through GSS have been life changing. Though there have been external changes, the most significant changes for me have been internal. I no longer feel scared to eat the foods that I love, I don’t feel guilty going out for dinner or on holidays, and I can enjoy food with my family again. I feel confident in m own skin and I love who I am. My all of nothing/perfectionist thinking and energy have improved. I love how my protocols give me achievable goals every day, but also provide me with the space to prioritize myself. Putting this time and energy into myself has made me a better mom. I truly feel like I’ve found balance in my life.
I am a working mom and still able to make these changes
I only started with GSS a couple of months ago and I can’t believe the changes in myself already. I had been working out for 2 and a half years before making the step to join this amazing program and so wish I did sooner. Ashley has shown me that macros do not need to be complicated and that I can live a completely balanced lifestyle. I am a working mom and still able to make these changes. I had watched from the sidelines the GSS Instagram page and loved the positivity and acceptance that was present. I was so scared to make a change from my normal but so happy I took the chance ! I look forward to my up coming months 💕

I am in my first few weeks at GSS, and I am so impressed. From the initial consult call, to meeting my coach, to getting my program I can say the GSS team truly cares about your success. I had been with a coach previously to joining Goal Strong Society, but there was a big difference
They actually care and want YOU to succeed. Even with a different coach, Taylor is involved and cares that you have what you need to succeed. I was excited to get back to my goals but nervous because before I wasn’t getting what I needed from my previous coach. Taylor made me feel comfortable trusting her and eventually my other coach on her team, with my goals and being honest about what I can achieve within my timeline with them. I’m excited and ready to achieve my goals while still enjoying life and everything I love in moderation.

I had done many dieting changes through my adult life but nothing compared to GSS and how sustainable this lifestyle change was!
I started with GSS to learn about macronutrients and how to properly fuel my body daily. Before I started this journey I simply was not eating enough which lead to chronic fatigue and digestive issues. I had done many dieting changes through my adult life but nothing compared to GSS and how sustainable this lifestyle change was! One component I believe is different about the alignment process compared to other nutritional programs is the focus on eating clean but not eliminating certain foods. This positively impacted my mental health as I frequently would get upset if I knew I couldn’t have certain foods.
Taylor is the most supportive coach and always has her clients’ best interest as her top priority. The community, support, sustainability and love within Goal Strong Society are all components that drew me to working with Taylor and I’m so glad I did!

I have been working with GSS for nearly a year and let me just say it’s not for the faint of heart or for those who are looking for a quick fix. I started because I was inspired by her clients photos and didn’t realize the damage I had done to my body and that my results would not be a quick fix. When I began with Taylor I had been working with a 1200 calorie meal plan type program so I had a lot of repairing to do… In my reverse diet with Taylor I doubled my calories in the course of 9 months and only fluctuated with my weight at a max of 9 lbs. But don’t let that scare you away… I don’t nearly pass out every single time I workout anymore. I’m stronger, more confident, have more energy and now that I’ve finally repaired my 1200 calorie issue I am in a fat loss phase with my weight declining. Which I know is actual fat loss. I am able to eat the foods I like and am not restricted to a cookie cutter meal plan. I can’t wait to see where my next year takes me with GSS.
