Fat Loss & Muscle Building Programs for Women

Structure and control aren’t the problem — they’re the solution

Most people think structure means restriction or obsession.

The truth is, you need an approach that doesn’t require you to be perfect - just intentional.

I believe structure, when used correctly, is what sets you free.

It’s what optimizes your efforts and saves you time.

It’s what allows you to eat food without fear and restrictions.

It’s what allows you to take control of what is in your control.

It’s what helps you make decisions with less stress and decision fatigue.

It’s what allows you to achieve your goals without the burnout.

AND HERE’S THE TRUTH

Goal Strong women are in control of their lives because they’re intentional.

They know what they want and go after it.

They set standards for themselves.

They know how to make choices that match who they’re becoming.

They live in the grey area — where balance, goals, and real life can actually coexist.

This isn’t about extremes. It’s about becoming the woman who follows through — with ease.

There’s nothing wrong with wanting to be in control or having structure — when it comes from intention, not fear.

FOUNDER OF GOAL STRONG SOCIETY

Hey, I’m Taylor!

I didn’t create Goal Strong because I had it all figured out. I created it because I spent years doing all the things and never making progress.

For as long as I can remember, I was chasing skinny, always on a diet or restricting myself.

No matter how much weight I lost, it never felt like enough.

I had a toxic relationship with food.

I’d skip meals to make up for what I ate the night before, then feel guilty for enjoying food (even though I’ve always loved it). When I did lose weight, it felt like a fluke and I never understood what actually worked, and I definitely didn’t feel stronger or more confident.

At the same time, I was really good at pushing myself. I loved working out, I was disciplined, I was consistent, and driven. But underneath that effort was a lack of structure, strategy, and self-respect.

I wasn’t building a lifestyle… I was trying to outrun a version of me I didn’t like.

My rock bottom moment was when I was standing in my kitchen STARVING and feeling like I couldn’t eat anything. All the diet culture noise was spinning in my head and I felt like I didn’t even know what to do anymore. That is when I hired a coach myself, started tracking macros and really added structure to my efforts. This is when I knew I had to help other women gain control over their goals and life.

I was able to lose 25+ lbs and I finally felt in control of my body

I thought I had it all figured out…

After years of pushing myself to the edge, I had finally found a sustainable approach.
I was fueling my body. I was training with intention. I had ditched the extremes and embraced structure that actually supported me.

But even with all of that — I still hit burnout.
Not because my plan was wrong… but because I ignored the stress I was holding, the pressure I was under, and the boundaries I wasn’t setting.

I kept going… until my body forced me to slow down.
Weight gain, insulin resistance, gut issues… it all hit me at once.

Not because I was under-eating or over-training — but because I had been living in overdrive for too long and pushing the limits.

That’s when I learned: Sustainability isn’t just what you do — it’s how you live.
Structure helps you make progress but recovery, boundaries, and nervous system regulation

That’s what allows your body to actually trust you enough to respond.

And this is what I teach now.

A plan that’s strategic and sustainable – that creates real results.

That pushes you when you need it — and protects you when you don’t.

That helps you get leaner, stronger, and more consistent — without burning out, spiraling, or starting over.

And most importantly… without the fear that slowing down means falling behind.

Because the goal isn’t to coast through life…

It’s to know how to train, fuel, recover, and lead yourself in a way that supports your goals and your life — with intention, structure, and peace of mind.

Hey, I’m Jaylyn!

I went from fad diets and self-doubt to becoming the strongest, most confident version of myself.

My journey started with chronic under-eating and hours of cardio, chasing a body I thought would bring happiness. Instead, I found myself with a poor relationship with food, exhausted by workouts I didn’t enjoy, and stuck in a cycle that felt anything but sustainable. After months of restriction and increased life stress, I developed binge eating habits that spiraled into a 30-pound fat gain in just three months.

I felt completely out of touch with myself. I was physically uncomfortable, mentally drained, and lost in patterns I couldn’t seem to break and that was truly my rock bottom.

Everything shifted when I finally reached out for help.

I found a support system of professionals who guided me forward which included my first coach. Since January 2023, I’ve committed to showing up consistently (and imperfectly) to grow—mentally and physically—and step into the woman I always knew I could be.

Today, my relationship with food has transformed. I move in ways I love. And the confidence I’ve built in the gym has carried into every corner of my life.

Every woman deserves to feel this strong, self-assured, and grounded in her power. I’m lucky enough to coach women in creating that same reality for themselves every single day. 🤍

Hey, I’m ashley!

A former hairdresser turned to a coach, I’ve been coaching for 4.5 years now, but the truth is, I’ve walked the path a lot of my clients are on.

For years, I thought more was always better. I was working out 6–7 days a week, under-eating to stay lean, buying every supplement on the market, obsessing over every bite of food, and still feeling frustrated in my own skin. Social events made me anxious because I didn’t know how to enjoy myself without guilt. I looked like I had it together on the outside, but inside, I felt overwhelmed, restricted, and honestly... exhausted. My body eventually hit its breaking point. I developed thyroid issues and ended up gaining 25 pounds. That’s when I hired my first coach, and everything changed.

I learned how to fuel my body, not just shrink it. I started eating enough, lifting with intention, and I fell back in love with carbs. I discovered that rest and recovery are just as important as hard workouts. And most of all, I realized this isn’t about being perfect, it’s about showing up with consistency and care. I finally felt strong, energized, and like myself again.

“Lets do the dang thing!”

A woman in workout clothes sitting on a mat in front of a window, smiling and laughing.

but it wasn’t a straight line.

I gained the weight back when I stopped focusing on the habits that helped me thrive — and that’s when it truly clicked. This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a lifestyle. It’s about building a foundation of habits that support your body, your confidence, and your life for the long haul.

The transformation I experienced inspired me to take a course and become certified through OFNC. I knew I wanted to help other women break free from the same exhausting cycles I went through. Today, I coach women who are ready to ditch the all-or-nothing mindset, build real strength, and feel at home in their bodies again. My mission is to educate and empower you, so you can stop second-guessing yourself, take control of your health, and create lasting change that actually feels good to live.

Hey, I’m kelsey!

From Client to Coach.

I started with GSS in May 2024 as a client; specifically a mom desperately searching for a way to find herself again and get back into her fitness journey.  Little did I know that signing up for coaching would completely change my life.  Throughout my 1st year with GSS I lost 25 pounds, had a full body recomposition and was inspired to take my online fitness and nutrition certification so I could help other women achieve their goals.

A little about me personally, I’m a mama to two young boys (currently 4 and 5 years old), I live in Red Deer, AB, I run my own businesses and I teach dance two nights a week.  I’m a former high school English teacher (among many other subjects), but I haven’t gone back to teaching since I had my own children.  I have my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and have been teaching yoga for over 9 years.  I also work in the energy field of the spiritual realm, specifically certified in akashic records readings (which is an entire realm on its own, but think meditations, guided journeys, soul work, inner child healings, etc.)  I’ve always had a passion for fitness, nutrition, wellness and teaching/educating, so being a coach is truly the best combination of all my passions combined.

The left photo shows her with more body fat, and the right photo shows her with a leaner physique, indicating significant weight loss or fitness progress.

I know how easy it is, especially in motherhood, to lose yourself in the chaos and busyness of everyday life.

I also know how hard it is to find the time for yourself and believe you’re worthy of that time.  However, when I became a client of GSS I realized how truly important it was to take care of myself first and that’s why I’m here.  To help other women find their why, to help them find and implement the strategies and structure they need to succeed and to help them overcome any limiting beliefs that are holding them back.

We can help you because we’ve been there.

We’ve gone all in… and burned out.
We’ve tracked every calorie, feared rest days, and punished ourselves for not being perfect.
We’ve binge-restricted, skipped meals, overtrained, and believed that shrinking ourselves would solve everything.
We’ve obsessed over the scale and let one “bad” day dictate our worth.
We thought the extreme way was the only way to get results.

But we’ve since learned:
You don’t need to work harder — you need to work on what’s actually holding you back and what actually works.

That’s where the Goal Strong Mindset comes in. Before you can see the results, you have to break through the barriers:
→ The all-or-nothing thinking or perfectionist tendencies
→ The fear of slowing down and resting
→ The lack of understanding around food, fitness and your body
→ The belief that you’re not doing enough unless you’re doing everything

We’ve done that work ourselves and now, we coach women through it every single day.

Because when you learn how to think about balance, food and fitness differently…

You act differently.
You lead yourself differently.
…and that’s when everything starts to click.

The truth is, the workouts and macros only work when your mindset and lifestyle does too. We’re here to help you build the the foundation, embrace strategy, and build the self-respect you need to finally maintain the lifestyle and results you’ve been chasing.

Here’s the truth…
