I’ve lived this journey myself.

For years, I chased “skinny,” believing that if I ate as little as possible, I’d finally have the “I look like I work out” body I wanted.

But even when I got lost the weight and hit 130 pounds, I wasn’t happier. I was exhausted, constantly thinking about food, and still didn’t look the way I thought I would. I didn’t look strong, and I definitely didn’t feel strong. I just deeply wanted to feel good in my skin, be confident, and not be consumed with thoughts around my weight or food.

Everything changed when I stopped chasing fat loss — and started focusing on more of the right things.

More muscle.
More nourishment.
More strategy.

I learned how to fuel my body, I redefined balance, I used strategy that works, and I chose to do it without the extremes. Since shifting my mindset and approach, I’ve built muscle, dropped body fat, and completely reshaped my physique — all while eating more and stressing less.

And now, this is exactly what I help my clients do: achieve the body they want, create a lifestyle they love, and finally feel proud of what they see and how they feel.

Offered 2–3x per year, this 6-week program is your launchpad. It’s where we help you build the daily habits, routines, and mindset that set you up for long-term success.

  • Life is always happening. Our goal at GSS to is create a plan for you that works long-term because the truth is life won’t ever slow down. If you have goals you have to learn to work around your life.

  • That’s absolutely okay — this is where you learn. Many of our clients come to us never having tracked before, or with a history of feeling overwhelmed by it. Our job is to teach you the why behind the numbers — not just hand you a target and expect perfection.

    If you’ve tracked before and felt like “it didn’t work,” the problem likely wasn’t the macros themselves — it was the strategy (or lack of it) behind them. Without proper guidance, tracking can feel rigid or confusing. That’s not how we do things here.

    If you’re hesitant to track at all, that’s also worth exploring:

    • What beliefs do you hold around tracking?

    • Do you understand how it actually works?

    • Could it help you improve your relationship with food — not hurt it?

    Tracking isn’t about obsession -  it’s about awareness. It’s a tool to help you understand what your body needs, support your goals, and remove the guesswork from fuelling and results.

  • Goal Strong works with lifestyle clients primarily ranging from beginner to experienced. The main priority for us is readiness for change regardless of what knowledge base you have.

    So whether you’re brand new or just need a better strategy, we’ll meet you where you are — and help you build a system that actually works for your life.

  • You don’t have to track macros forever. Our goal is to teach you how to graduate from tracking and move into a more intuitive, informed, and confident phase of your journey — with the skills and self-trust to make aligned choices on your own. Many of our clients learn how to track in a way that feels sustainable, they value it and it is something that they choose to do because it doesn’t feel dreadful.

  • Once you apply, you'll fill out a quick intake form so we can understand your goals and current lifestyle. If it’s a good fit, you’ll receive next steps to secure your spot and officially join the Goal Strong Society. We'll match you with your coach, schedule your onboarding call, and get started with your customized plan.

  • We don’t just focus on macros and workouts. We help you build a lifestyle rooted in structure, strategy, and mindset so your results actually stick.
