And when it didn’t work, I didn’t question the approach… I questioned myself.
I kept thinking I just needed to be more disciplined, more consistent and have strong willpower.

But the truth is, I wasn’t inconsistent… I was stuck in a cycle that made consistency feel impossible.

Everything started to change when I learnt how to fuel my body properly, built structure into my routine and let go of the all-or-nothing mindset that kept pulling me back to square one.

    It is important that our clients learn to understand their body, understand food and ultimately what works when it comes to their goals.

    Our clients have an internal transformation on their mindset, habits and beliefs that makes physical progress attainable and maintainable long-term.

    We are not a meal plan, one size fits all program and we don’t focus on extreme plans.

    Nutrition and training requires strategy to create results which we utilize at Goal Strong. This is the difference between being active and eating well and “look like you workout” results.

    Lifestyle and Mindset require the right structure and approach to make those results possible. This is your foundation and your success is dependent on it.

    If one area is not supportive of the others you will continue to spin your wheels or struggle to maintain long-term.

  • Your Goal Plan will be created with your starting point in mind, based off of your initial intake assessment.

    You will have a custom nutrition plan and goals set for your body and starting point.

    Your weekly progress will be assessed and changes will be made accordingly to create momentum.

    Our clients have 1:1 communications with their coach and weekly check ins.

    Inside Goal Strong you will have access to our Community Chat with all of our clients.

  • Most of our clients travel and many travel frequently.

    Our philosophy is that your plan has to work for real life. Our clients learn to navigate travel and social situations so that they can continue to progress.

    Life is meant to be lived and breaking free from the all-or-nothing or thinking weekends or travel ruin everything is a key part of the process.

  • In most cases, there are deeper reasons behind hesitancy to invest in yourself.

    Don’t be driving, at the gym, distracted or in a noisy location.

  2. Write down your main goal and where you want to be in 6-12 months.

    Be specific with your goals and honest with yourself. What do you want to achieve and why is it important to you?

  3. Write down what you have already tried.

    Diets, supplements, workouts programs etc. What worked, what didn’t work at all and what you’re still doing.

  4. Write down your top 3 struggles.

    Be specific and ask yourself if this has been a long term issue. Be ready to share these so we can pinpoint how the program will fix them.

  5. Come ready to make a decision.

    If this is the right fit, we’ll talk about next steps. Have your calendar and a way to invest ready.
